I've never been one for the raucous, out-on-the-town type of New Year's Eve festivities. But I do appreciate a spirited get-together with friends at home. This forward-looking kitchen, with its theatrical, layered lighting and plenty of room for guests, strikes me as a fun spot for such celebrations.
